Bodrum Maritime Museum – central Bodrum

Bodrum Maritime Museum is opened in 2010 with an exhibition of 18 Bodrum type boat model inside a tent in front of the Bodrum Castle. And after, with the contribution of the Bodrum Municipality and Bodrum Chamber of Commerce, Bodrum Maritime Museum opened its gate at the old Bedesten building in 2011. The vision of the Bodrum Maritime Museum is to make the visitors to experience and explore the maritime history of Bodrum, to ensure maintenance of their collection and to improve it with new objects, historical documents and works.

Zeki Muren is one of the most popular Turkish singers and his house has become a museum after his death. Zeki Muren Art Museum is situated at the House of the Memory of Zeki Muren. The house has 2 floors and the costumes, items, private stuff and photographs of Zeki Muren is exhibited at the memorial house since 2000. Closed on Mondays.

ARThill – Private Modern Art Museum of Ender Guzey – Alazeytin Village

The ARThill is a private modern art museum of internationally reowned painter and sculptor Ender Guzey, situated in the Alazeytin Village, about 17 km. from central Bodrum. The architecture of the museum is designed by the artist himself, embodies Guzey’s life-philosophy of “holistic art” being embedded in the mystical landscape of the Bodrum peninsula and across the ancient city of Syangela and driectly on the historic path of the Lycians, which was designated “path of the Goddesses” in mythology. ARThill aims to provide a platform to other international creative and artistic activities and events.
